Asa Budnick

I am interested in studying plant biology through the lenses of molecular biology and genetics. I think biology is a beautiful system and I enjoy learning about the complexity of living things and applying the scientific method to gain a better understanding. I am currently focused on understanding how plant circular RNAs are involved in regulating key traits in plants. I hope that my work can have an impact and improve food security, sovereignty, and sustainability.
